Terms & Privacy Policy

Booking and Payment. A $150 Booking Retainer secures your event date and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event date. Video In 360 may postpone or cancel coverage if the balance is not received by 1 day before the event.

Cancellations. The Booking Retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 10 days before your event, you forfeit only the Booking Retainer. If you cancel within 10 days of your event, the full amount paid is non-refundable. Cancellations and date changes must be submitted in writing by email or text to kenny@videoin360.com or 781-436-0677 — the date we receive it is the date that counts.

Date Changes. Date changes are subject to availability. A $150 date-change fee applies.

Arrival and Setup. A Video In 360 attendant arrives 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up.

Extra Time. Extra time is billed in full hours at your coverage rate and is paid before it starts.

Travel. A travel charge may apply for events outside our service area. Any travel charge is confirmed with you before your invoice is sent and is listed on your invoice.

Equipment. In the rare event of complete equipment failure that prevents us from delivering your coverage, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your Booking Retainer. If a delay is on us, your Booking Retainer is refunded in full.

Force Majeure. Neither Video In 360 nor the client is responsible for a failure to perform caused by something beyond reasonable control — severe weather, a venue closure, a power failure, a government order, or serious illness. In that case, Video In 360 will offer a rescheduled date, subject to availability, or a refund of amounts paid, less any costs already spent on your event.

Guest Conduct. Video In 360 staff are here to make your event great. If a guest is abusive, unsafe, or threatening toward our staff, we may end coverage early for everyone’s safety. No refund is issued in that case.

Damage to Equipment. You are responsible for damage to Video In 360 equipment caused by you or your guests.

Power and Space. Please provide a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet and a level area of about 10 feet by 10 feet for setup.

Photos and Video. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, Video In 360 may use photos and video from your event in our marketing, including our website and social media.

Delivery. Everything is delivered digitally — no printing. Your gallery is available for 90 days after your event.

Privacy Policy

Video In 360 uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymous usage data including session recordings and heatmaps. Form submissions via Fluent Forms collect your name, email, phone number, and event details solely for booking purposes. We do not sell your data. Event photo galleries are stored and delivered via Fotoshare Cloud. Contact kenny@videoin360.com with any privacy questions.
